Edit the Regional Settings
All Options allows you to manage yourself, your organization and your users.
In order to synchronize the Calendars, there are two Settings you need to edit in Office 365: Regional and Calendar. First, identify your Region (where are you?). Then, adjust the Start time in the Calendar. Let's go to the Settings.
2. Try It: Edit the Regional Settings
Go to Settings->Regional.
The Regional Settings include:
Language
Date format
Time format
Current time zone
Try This, Too: Change the Time Zone
In Outlook, appointments are scheduled using the Server's time zone. The default Time zone (Zero hour), is Monrovia, Reykjavik.
You can change the Current time zone from the default to your own time zone.
